Nordic skiing
Thanks to park rangers and volunteers, trails at Mt. Spokane have been cleared of hundreds of fallen trees. Skiing is open. The Wild Moose Cup, a race featuring Canadian and U.S. national team members, begins Saturday (classic events) at 10 a.m. and Sunday (skating events) at 9 a.m. There are also divisions for junior, masters, and citizen racers. Snowmobiling
