When the producers of the film “the People vs. Larry Flynt” held a celebrity-studded premiere screening in New York recently, George magazine acted as host.

That came as something of a surprise to Kennedy-watchers everywhere, considering the magazine’s publisher is John F. Kennedy Jr. and the movie is about a sleazy pornographer who once printed a photograph of Jackie Onassis in the nude.

Director Milos Forman, obviously one of the concerned, took the trouble of expressing to Kennedy his concerns. But, according to Forman, Kennedy didn’t mind.

“Don’t worry about it,” John-John reportedly said. “In the last few years, my skin has grown so thick I can handle just about anything.”
