It’s a bit of old England, with a generous dose of North Idaho.

Wildbeary Huckleberry Marmalade, produced by the Milford family from grandma’s original English recipe, is a sweet spread tempered with the citrus tang of orange and lemon and the natural tartness of huckleberries.

The result is, well, jolly good.

Price: About $5 for 4 ounces.
