POLICE BLOTTER Coeur d’Alene police

Tony Whitley, security employee of the Coeur d’Alene Resort, reported Tuesday the $335 theft of alcohol, bath robes and food and $550 damage to a carpet and refrigerator lock in a room at the hotel at 101 Second St.

Ruth Barker reported Tuesday the $415 theft of 40 cassette tapes from her car while it was parked at a home on the 800 block of Third St.

Cindi Durgan, employee of First Security Bank of Idaho, reported Jan. 11 the $313 theft cash when a non-sufficient funds check was cashed at the branch at 230 Ironwood Drive.

Daniel Hannon reported Friday the $800 theft of services cash when a check was written to him on a closed account.

James LeTourneau reported Saturday the $500 theft of his car from the parking lot of the First Baptist Church, 424 Wallace Ave.

Jenny Knox reported Tuesday the $495 theft of stereo equipment from her car while it was parked at her house on the 3500 block of Fairway Drive.

Brandon Mobley reported Monday the theft of ski equipment worth $1,573 from his pickup while it was parked at the Silver Lake Mall, 200 Hanley.

Denise Gearhart reported Saturday $1,200 in damage to her car while it was parked at a home in the 3400 block of Fruitland Lane.

Keith Peila reported Monday the theft of a camera worth $800 from his car while it was parked somewhere in Coeur d’Alene.

Allen Worst, manager of R.C. Worst Co., reported Jan. 8 the theft of a stereo system worth $1,500 from his car while it was parked at the business at 625 Best.

Hanne Ward, owner of Hayden Lake Car Wash, reported Tuesday $925 damage to a swivel boom and wash selector at the business at 27 Hayden Ave.

Travis Gerling, Post Falls, reported Tuesday $500 damage to the paint on his car when it was scratched while it was parked at his home on the 3600 block of Echo Drive.

Nancy Nelson, Rathdrum, Idaho, reported Sunday the $3,778 theft of jewelry and a rifle from her home in the 7800 block of Lakeview Road.

Chris Timmons, Coeur d’Alene, reported Monday $300 in damage to windows of his pickup while it was parked at his home in the 2200 block of Honeysuckle.

Paul Peabody, pastor of Grace Bible Church, reported Sunday the $720 theft of a camcorder and stereo system from the church at 152 Prairie.
