NEW FACES:
Jeffrey Webb has joined LeMaster & Daniels PLLC, as a staff accountant. Webb will work in both the health care and accounting and auditing departments. He received bachelor’s degrees in business and in accounting from the University of Washington and Eastern Washington University.
Dr. Janette Andrews, a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Medicine, has joined the staff of WomanHealth in the practice of obstetrics and gynecology. Andrews completed a residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center as administrative chief resident. She joins Drs. Pamela Silverstein, Stacie Bering and Grace Holub.
John Erp has been appointed an agent in Eastern Washington and North Idaho for the Spokane general office of New York Life. Erp will specialize in business planning and personal retirement planning.
Caroline Herdener has been named assistant manager of the Comfort Inn Broadway, operated by Hospitality Associates Inc. Herdener has worked in the restaurant industry since 1987 in positions ranging from dishwasher to manager.

Jim Wilson, a licensed broker, has been a real estate agent for 10 years. Wilson’s credentials include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Residential Marketing Master (RMM).
Kathy Moore received her real estate license three years ago and has averaged more than $2 million in sales each year. She was a dental assistant before going into real estate.
Wendy Hughes has four years of experience in real estate. She specializes in first-time buyers.
Hemmo Latvala was previously with Crowley Better Homes and Gardens. He spent spent more than 20 years with Proctor and Gamble before going into real estate.
Sandy Brosam worked for Crowley Better Homes and Gardens before joining Tomlinson Black.
Josh Louik worked as a commercial appraiser for the last three years.
Bob Fisher has joined Windermere Real Estate’s Spokane-East Sprague office as a sales associate. Fisher previously was with First Real Estate Services.
The Coeur d’Alene law firm of Ramsden & Lyons has added two new associates:
Brian Long, a graduate of the University of Idaho, has practiced law for more than four years and previously was with the public defender’s office.
Brian Watkins, a graduate of Gonzaga University, has practiced law for more than five years and was most recently a prosecutor for Kootenai County.
Silver Mountain has appointed Steve Edberg director of its ski school. Edberg, who received a bachelor’s degree in commercial recreation from Northern Arizona University, previously was staff trainer for the Breckenridge (Colo.) Ski School. He has full alpine certification from the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
David Kilmer has joined Silver Mountain as marketing coordinator. Kilmer will handle snow reporting, media relations and group contracts. He was most recently a business writer, working as assistant editor of the Independent Business Record and the North Idaho Business Journal in Coeur d’Alene.
MOVING UP:
Al Haslebacher has been named chief executive officer of the Spokane Home Builders Association. Haslebacher joined the association in 1994 as government affairs coordinator after a career with the Farm Credit System in mortgage lending and legislative affairs.
Vera Haag has been promoted to vice president of Sterling Savings Association. She has been with Sterling since 1985 as manager of the loan servicing department. Haag is responsible for organizing, centralizing and effectively managing Sterling’s $1.4 billion mortgage portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling, she was with Lincoln Mutual for 14 years.
Sterling Savings has promoted Shelley Menne and Kent Schultz to vice president. Menne, a loan officer in Sterling’s private banking department, has been with Sterling since 1988. She received her bachelor’s degree in comprehensive business administration from Western State College, Colorado.
Schultz, a commercial loan officer in the business lending department, has been with Sterling since 1993. Schultz, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University, previously was with Atlas Mine and Mill Supply Inc.
Caroline Halley has been promoted to sales manager at Silver Mountain. Halley was previously group sales coordinator. She will oversee individual and group sales in all market segments.
Jeffrey Gore has been promoted to manager of store operations for HomeBase Inc. Gore joined the company as a merchandise manager in Spokane in 1988 and has been a regional replenishment manager as well as general manager of a Seattle store.

Cris Salsbury, founder of Trade Promotions, has opened a Spokane office. Trade Promotions is a full-service marketing and public relations firm, that serves clients in Washington, Arizona, and Kansas.
