Steve Johnson reported Monday the $725 theft of a stereo and portable phone from his pickup truck parked at his home on the 800 block of St. Maries Ave.

Jess Goetz, employee of Cascade Properties, reported Monday the return of a $375 check written to the business at 2424 Seltice Way.

Cindy Olson reported Sunday the $789 theft by deception when she paid for construction and it never was received.

Perry Grant, music director at First Assembly of God Church, reported Monday the $6,999 theft of a keyboard synthesizer from the church at 2200 Seventh St.

Lynda Monaghan reported Tuesday the $300 theft of an industrial vacuum cleaner from her car while it was parked at her home on the 1100 block of Emma Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Jill Judge, clerk at the Post Falls Seventh-day Adventist Church, reported Sunday the $550 theft of a cordless phone, video cassette recorder and guitar amplifier from the building at 3255 Poleline Road.

Kelli Koutnik, manager of the Happy Hour Bar, reported Monday the theft of approximately $800 cash from the business at 4525 Seltice Way.
