Former UI Linebacker Issued Bench Warrant

An bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of former University of Idaho linebacker Shawn “Duke” Garrett after he failed to appear for a pretrial hearing on a statutory rape charge. Garrett failed to make the Tuesday hearing on charges he had consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl.
