Jesse Hardt and Resa Watterson of Eastern Washington and Chris Daniel and Mindy Rice of Idaho were named their schools’ Big Sky Conference Scholar Athletes for the 1995-96 school year.
Hardt, a senior football player from Odessa, has a 3.42 grade-point average in reading. Watterson, a senior basketball player from Enumclaw, Wash., has a 3.84 GPA in chemistry.
Daniel, a senior tennis player from Edmonton, Alberta, has a 3.86 GPA in mechanical engineering. Rice, a senior basketball player from Grandview, Idaho, has a 3.29 GPA in physical education.
