Dear Heloise: I found a large magnet of the United States that I keep on the side of my refrigerator door. Underneath it and slightly protruding, I keep a list of my husband’s and my medications and allergies. If an emergency person comes to our home, we send them immediately to the refrigerator to see what prescriptions it contains. The list of all medical information is under this magnet and visible to them. The emergency care they give depends on your physical problems. Dear Heloise: To help quickly identify my luggage and other items such as golf bags and back bags, boots, tools and sports equipment, I mark them with dimensional fabric and craft paint.
