Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Marc R. Emerson 23, Athol, parole violation/felony eluding, $10,000 bond.

Steven W. Fitch 42, Spirit Lake, grand theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), fictitious display, failure to appear/trial for driving under the influence, $9,000 bond.

Michael H. Janicke 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/trafficking drugs, $20,000 bond.

Kevin L. Johnson 21, Post Falls, grand theft, petty theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $11,300 bond.
