Man Sentenced For Assault At Tavern

A 25-year-old Potlatch man was sentenced Thursday to three years in prison for beating another man in a bar last fall.

Judge Edward J. Lodge sentenced Daniel Lee Frost to also pay $4,000 in restitution and serve three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to undergo drug- and alcohol dependency treatment.

Frost pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily harm. He attacked David Freidlander at Tensed’s Circle H Saloon Oct. 14, 1995. As a result of the attack, Freidlander suffered serious nerve damage.

Frost faced a maximum possible sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. , DataTimes
