South Hill Residents Told Of Sex Offender

Spokane police are warning South Hill neighbors about the presence of a high-risk sex offender.

Keith N. Vervair, 27, was released from prison last month after serving a sentence for indecent liberties involving a 23-year-old woman and luring a 15-year-old girl.

Police said Vervair lives in the 700 block of West 23rd. His behavior is considered predatory.

Under the terms of his release, Vervair isn’t allowed to have contact with children. He also isn’t supposed to drink alcohol or frequent businesses where alcohol is sold.
