Here are air-quality complaints reported to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority between March 11-17:

The most common complaint, open fire, was reported six times.

March 11

Smoke in the air was reported at 15800 block of North Fairview Road at 11:45 a.m.

Open fire was reported at 5106 W. Hallett Road at 3:40 p.m.

Open fire was reported at Buckbrush and Piney Ridge Road at 5:51 p.m.

March 12

Open fire was reported at 4120 E. Beauty Lane at 10:00 a.m.

Odor of smoke was reported at R.A. Hanson, Crestline and Magnesium, at 10:30 a.m.

March 13

Dust from trucks was reported at Acme pit, Wilson and Hastings, at 12:57 p.m.

Dust from sawdust was reported at Inland Empire Paper Co. at 3:45 p.m.

March 14

Odor from a solid-fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace was reported in the 2900 block of North Lacey Street at 7:37 p.m.

March 15

Possible asbestos was reported at 2125 W. Gardner at 10:50 a.m.

Open fire was reported at 37600 N. Lakeside Drive at 11:30 a.m.

Open fire was reported at 5100 block of East Handy Road at 10 a.m.

Dust from tracking was reported at 7200 block of North Tucannon at 11:55 a.m.

Smoke was reported at 800 block of West White Road at 1:50 p.m.

March 16

Smoke from a solid-fuel burning device was reported in the 100 block of East Gordon at 9:50 a.m.

Smoke from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 4828 E. Ninth at 10:32 a.m.

March 17

Open fire was reported at 2108 W. Moreland Road at 5:43 p.m.

Smoke from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 3415 E. Liberty at 11:29 a.m.
