A federal judge overruled the International Boxing Federation by stripping Francois Botha of his heavyweight title, meaning Michael Moorer will meet Axel Schulz for the vacant crown unless the judge’s ruling is overturned on appeal.

The judge ordered Botha disqualified because he tested positive for steroid use after his last fight.
