James David Brooks II 7 lb. 2 oz. boy, 21 inches, born Nov. 22 to Nina and Robert “Buck” Brooks, Coeur d’Alene. Three brothers, Cody, Brandon and Robert; grandparents, Wilma Dropulick, Mary MacDonald, R.J. MacDonald, B.T. and Lou Brooks, and the late Fred Dropulick.

Randi Shaye Loudin 7 lb. 5 oz. girl, 20 inches, born Nov. 25 to Kathy and Thomas Jr., Post Falls. Brother, Aaron; sister, Jessica; grandparents, Barbara Coalson, Jerald Coalson, Donna Loudin and Tom Loudin.
