Dear Heloise: This year I’ve organized my bathroom and utility cupboards by using the plastic sherbet containers to organize hair items, first-aid items and vitamin-pill bottles. The small margarine containers, which fit easily in the bathroom drawer, hold lipsticks and other small items.

It makes things much easier to find without pawing through the drawers, as well as looking (and feeling) very organized! - Robin Ott, Kokomo, Ind.

Dear Heloise: I recently read in your column about a lady who had no room to put all of her spices above her stove. We purchased a medicine cabinet, one that matched the cabinets, and put it on the wall near the stove. It works extremely well. - Betty Hoffman, Fond du Lac, Wisc.
