Mr. And Mrs. Proctor Newport, Wash.

Chester and Wilda (Betz) Proctor, Newport, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday at Bear Paw Camp in Newport.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Dick and Patsy Neal, Glendale, Calif.; Marguerite Schmidt, Newport; and Mary Alice Simmons, Apache Junction, Ariz. They are also the parents of the late Robert Proctor.

The Proctors were married Oct. 17, 1936, in Spokane. They have seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
