Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Chris L. Hible 29, Spokane, parole violation/possession of heroin, $5,000 bond.

Troy W. Jones 38, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $3,000 bond.

Brenda J. Reinbold 30, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond.

Michael J. Slater 23, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/felony driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.
