Bill Limits Irs

U.S. Rep. Jennifer Dunn, R-Wash., introduced a bill Tuesday to end the IRS practice of conducting random audits, punish IRS employees who intimidate taxpayers and give more leeway to taxpayers who make “honest” mathematical mistakes.

The House bill also criminalizes unauthorized peeks at returns by IRS employees.
