Margery Clark Spokane

Service for Margery B. Clark, 65, is set for 10 a.m. today at The First Church of the Open Bible. Burial will follow at Fairmount Memorial Park. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Clark, who was born in Genora, N.D., died Thursday.

She was a graduate of Rogers High School and had lived in Spokane for 57 years.

She was a member of the First Church of the Open Bible and was the church secretary for more than 30 years.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert; a son, David Clark and a daughter, Susan Clark, both of Spokane; and a sister, Shirley St. Germain, and a brother, LeRoy Olson, both of Medical Lake.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane.

Nancy Hauck Spokane

Service for Nancy Irene Hauck, 41, was June 30.

Born in Canyonville, Ore., Ms. Hauck died June 22.

She was a longtime Spokane resident and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the North Shore Animal League.

Survivors include her companion, James Felice of Spokane; her father, Ray Milkes of Hayden Lake, Idaho; and a daughter, Michelle Lewis of Spokane.

Christine Roose Novato, Calif.

Graveside service for Christine Slette Roose, 78, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Sandpoint. Coffelt Funeral Service in Sandpoint is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Roose, who was born in North Dakota, died July 15.

She moved to Sandpoint in 1922 and graduated from Sandpoint High School.

Ms. Roose moved to Wallace after graduation. She later moved in Portland and then to Spokane, where she sold real estate for Don Priest Realty and was also a beautician.

Ms. Roose moved to California and retired from real estate in 1981.

She then moved to Lewiston, and in 1985 she returned to Spokane.

She recently move to California to be near family.

Her husband, Clyde Blount, died in 1943.

Survivors include two sons, Clyde Blount and Michael Jackson, both of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Hans Slette of Oregon; four sisters, Judith Olson and Virginia Harvey, both of Coeur d’Alene, Marie Osborn of Spokane and Ruth Rodeen of Clarkston, Wash.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
