Beef (80 percent lean): 240 calories, 15 grams fat, 6 grams saturated fat, 85 milligrams cholesterol.

Beef (90 percent lean): 210 calories, 11 grams fat, 4 grams saturated fat, 85 milligrams cholesterol.

Pork: 250 calories, 18 grams fat, 7 grams saturated fat, 80 milligrams cholesterol.

Veal: 145 calories, 6.4 grams fat, 2.6 grams saturated fat, 85 milligrams cholesterol.

Chicken: 180 calories, 12 grams fat, 3.5 grams saturated fat, 145 milligrams cholesterol.

Turkey: 200 calories, 11 grams fat, 3 grams saturated fat, 87 milligrams cholesterol.

Turkey breast: 120 calories, 1 gram fat, no saturated fat, 55 milligrams cholesterol.
