Watercolor Exhibit At Corbin

The 129th Annual American Watercolor Society Traveling Exhibition opens Thursday with a reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Corbin Art Center, and continues through March 13.

Spokane is the only Pacific Northwest stop for this nationally recognized exhibition. It features 40 diverse samples of the latest in watercolor painting in America.

Featured pieces were chosen from a juried parent-show of the American Watercolor Society held in New York City.

Auditions

The Monday and Tuesday auditions for Spokane Civic Theatre’s production of “The Miracle Worker” have been moved from Cavanaugh’s Inn at the Park to Civic’s Firth Chew Theatre. For more information, call 325-1413.

Valley Repertory Theatre, at the corner of Sprague and Pines, will hold auditions for “Lone Star” and “Laundry Bourbon” at 7 p.m., Monday and Tuesday.
