Scott Jacobson, teacher at Lake City High School, reported Jan. 16 the $1,200 theft of seven balance scales from his classroom at the school, 6101 Ramsey Road.

Terry Pennington reported Thursday the $1,000 theft of tools from his garage on the 2300 block of 12th Street.

Charles Coppedge reported Thursday the $5,700 theft of coins and jewelry from his home on the 5600 block of Germaine Court.

Post Falls Police

Jim West, Post Falls, reported Jan. 18 the $350 theft of his malamute dog from Templin’s Resort, 411 First Ave.
