Hints From Heloise

Dear Heloise: I keep my address and telephone list up to date by using strips from my VCR tapes and also the sheet that comes with some prescriptions. There are many areas that are plain white and sticky that you can peel right off.

I cut strips to cover changed addresses and telephone numbers. Then I have a clean surface to write the new information. The result is an up-to-date and neat book. - Mabel Welch, Ghent, N.Y.
