Motorist Who Had Heart Attack Dies

A Post Falls man who had a heart attack while driving on Interstate 90 in Spokane has died, the Washington State Patrol said.

Roger Jerede, 51, died Monday at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Jerede was westbound on I-90 about 7:35 a.m. July 11 when he suffered the heart attack.

His car left the freeway, hit a concrete barrier and bounced across three lanes of traffic before coming to rest on an embankment near the Hamilton Street overpass, the WSP said. , DataTimes
