Lennox Lewis is set to defend the WBC heavyweight championship against Andrew Golota on Oct. 4.

“The fighters have verbally agreed to the fight,” Dino Duva, president of Main Events, said. “It looks like (it will be in) Atlantic City.”

Duva said the fight would be carried on pay-per-view TVKO, and that the card will include an IBF junior lightweight defense by Arturo Gatti against Gabriel Ruelas.
