NW Home Medical has leased 5,330 square feet at 101 N. Argonne Rd. Agent: Carl Guenzel, Kiemle and Hagood.

Clayman Commercial, an appliance repair company, has leased 1,100 square feet at 1911 and 1911-1/2 E. Sprague. Agent: Ken McLeod, Kiemle and Hagood.

Continental Mortgage Co. has leased 3,400 square feet at 1320 N. Washington. Agent: Michael Stone, Kiemle and Hagood.

PNC Mortgage has leased 2,323 square feet at 1330 N. Washington. Agent: Michael Stone, Kiemle and Hagood.

CHEM-DRY of Spokane, a carpet cleaning business, has leased 1,100 square feet at 9608 E. Montgomery. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood.

RPM Properties LLC has purchased 13,250 square feet at 10019 E. Knox. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood, and Steve Schmautz, SDS Realty.

Columbia Paint and Coatings has leased 14,889 square feet at 3229 E. Ferry. Agents: Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, Kiemle and Hagood.
