Mr. And Mrs. Ransom Coeur D’Alene

James and Mary Kathryn Ransom, Coeur d’Alene, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at the St. Pius X Church.

The event was hosted by their children and spouses: Michael Ransom, Albany, Ore.; Patricia Smith, Newport, Wash.; Susan Burrey, Dayton, Ohio; Mary Elizabeth Moudy, Kimberly, Idaho; Barbara Bolich, Spokane; and David Ransom, Post Falls.

The Ransoms were married May 8, 1947. The have 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
