Virginia Melvin reported Wednesday the $719 theft of a viola from her home on the 100 block of Garden Ave.

Dan MacDonald, employee of Shannon Plumbing, reported Wednesday the $1,300 theft of a roto hammer from a job site at the new Coeur d’Alene Middle School at 2101 Ste. Michelle.

Kootenai County sheriff

Steven Schlepp, Hayden, reported Tuesday the $700 theft of an electric guitar from his home on the 10100 block of Maple Ave.

Irving Pappel, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $862 theft of five tires, a lock and fishing reel from a storage unit.
