Dramatizations of the 14 Stations of the Cross will begin at 4 p.m. at the foot of the Clock Tower. The event is sponsored by the Peace and Justice Action League, the Shalom Zone, the Women’s Drop-in Center, St. Joseph’s Hispanic Community, Audubon Park United Methodist Church and the Church of St. Ann.
The public is invited to attend.
Easter musical planned
Several church choirs and actors will join together to present the Easter musical, “Every Tongue Confess,” this week at Fourth Memorial Church, 2000 N. Standard.
Choirs and cast members of 150-plus people are from Fourth Memorial, Garland Avenue Alliance, New Horizons Community, Northview Bible and Valley Fourth Memorial churches.
“Every Tongue Confess” incorporates the events of Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection with the needs of a contemporary Christian trying to balance the demands of his life and live his faith, organizers said.
The free production, open to the public, is at 7 p.m. Thursday and at 3 and 6 p.m. Saturday.
