Manito Park’s Duncan Gardens was the setting for the Aug. 30 wedding of Shanti Tortorici and Seth Finley.

The bride is the daughter of James and Ellen Tortorici, Springdale, Wash. The bridegroom is the son of Tim Finley, Ford, Wash., and Carin Finley, Borrego Springs, Calif.

A reception was at The Glover Mansion, Spokane. The Finleys are living in Spokane and will honeymoon later.
