Dear Heloise: I recently purchased a queen-size comforter. When I took it out of the bag and put it on my bed, it looked terrible because it was wrinkled from being folded into quarters.

Because of the size and bulk of it, I could not put it on the ironing board, so I ironed it on the bed! It worked perfectly, and I was even able to iron the sides. The mattress cover and sheets were a better pad than the one on my ironing board! - Marge Moore, Bulverde, Texas
