Logging Accident Claims Man Southeast Of Cda

Kootenai County sheriff’s deputies were attempting late Friday to recover the body of a man killed in a logging accident southeast of Coeur d’Alene.

Deputies were called to a wooded area off Idaho Highway 3 about 9 p.m. Friday.

The victim was believed to have been crushed to death by a piece of heavy equipment.
