Women In Hunting Clinic On Sept. 27

Women interested in learning about hunting can attend the fourth Panhandle region Women in Hunting clinic Sept. 27 sponsored by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.

All instructors are women hunters who are volunteering their time to teach other women about the sport. One of the instructors is Nancy Hadley Hanson, a member of the Idaho Fish and Game Commission.

The instructors will teach firearm safety, survival, hunting regulations, wildlife sign, field clothing and more. Some target practice is included.

The workshop, to be held 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., is free and includes lunch. Advance registration is required. Call 769-1414 to register. , DataTimes
