Nw Boulevard Closure Looms

State highway crews in Coeur d’Alene will close Northwest Boulevard across Interstate 90 beginning Sunday night to repair the surface of the overpass.

The work is scheduled to begin Sunday night and last three nights. Work is planned daily from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to lessen the impact on motorists, the Idaho Transportation Department said.

Crews will fill potholes and smooth out the surface of the overpass. The repair is an interim maintenance measure until the overpass is replaced in three or four years, the transportation department said. , DataTimes
