Norman W. and Marjorie E. Erickson, Spokane, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 9 with a family gathering at Lower Twin Lakes, Idaho.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses; Sue and Jim Abitz, and Craig and Chris Erickson, all of Spokane; Scott and Carla Erickson, Nine Mile Falls; and Karen Erickson, Seattle.

The Ericksons were married Jan. 1, 1948, in Spokane. They have five grandchildren.
