Bonners Ferry Native Joins Craig’s Staff

Kelly Kerby has been hired as U.S. Sen. Larry Craig’s staff assistant in Coeur d’Alene.

Kerby, a Bonners Ferry native, begins her new job Jan. 27. She is a 1997 graduate of the University of Idaho with a degree in political science.

Kerby recently taught at Kaiserslautern American High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany. She was a legislative intern in Craig’s Washington, D.C., office during fall semester 1996.

Kerby replaces Jill Davis who moved to Craig’s Washington, D.C., staff as a legislative correspondent. , DataTimes
