L.J. Express Retired
L.J. Express, the 1995 Washington Horse of the Year, is retiring from racing, part-owner Judy Parrish says.
In the past five years, L.J. Express and jockey Mike Allen teamed up in 35 races for an 18-6-1 record.
L.J. Express finishes his racing career with a record of 21-7-2 from 43 starts. He earned $306,227 for owners Parrish and H.R. Gibson.
