Dear Heloise: I write a lot of checks at department stores and supermarkets and I have to pull out my driver’s license each time for identification.

I recently started using an organizer, which I love, but the card pockets make it difficult to pull out my driver’s license quickly. So, I put a self-sticking flag on the license and now it couldn’t be easier to grab and pull out. The clear sticky part doesn’t obscure any of the information on the license and I can remove the flag any time I want. I also put one on my library card and on my video-rental card.
