Arlene Reichenberg Named Kmc Employee Of Month
Arlene Reichenberg, a medical records night clerk at Kootenai Medical Center, has been chosen as the employee of the month for January.
Reichenberg, a KMC employee since 1991, was cited for her cooperative attitude, willingness to help other departments, cheerful disposition and caring attitude toward co-workers.
The following local students made the fall semester honor roll at Ricks College in Southern Idaho. Students and their hometowns are listed.
Jed Bateman, Michele Cederquist and Stacy Hubbard, all of Bonners Ferry; Larry Rupp, of Kamiah; Luinda Palmer, of Kooskia; and Russell Isaacson, of Coeur d’Alene.
The Kootenai Medical Center Auxiliary has awarded $400 scholarships to five local North Idaho College nursing students for the current semester. Recipients and their hometowns are listed.
Annette Durbin and Kimberly Nelson, both of Post Falls; Kimberlee Reinhardt, St. Maries; and Hussam Rishmani and Jane Rispens, both of Coeur d’Alene.
Angela “G” Foster, daughter of Jack and Heather Foster, has been chosen as the Post Falls Rotary student of the month for January.
Foster, a senior at Post Falls High is a 3.2 grade-point average student and a two-year D.A.R.E. role model. She was chosen first Team All-League Softball in 1997 and has played in two National Softball Tournaments and one National Basketball Tournament.
She received a four-year varsity letter in softball, two-year varsity letter in basketball and a one-year varsity letter in swimming. She plans to attend Eastern Oregon University to play softball and major in education.
