Coeur d’Alene police

Meggin Wikum reported Wednesday the theft of a stereo worth $500 from her car while it was parked at her home in the 1000 block of Second Street.

Melanie Merritt reported Wednesday the theft of a tailgate worth $500 from her pickup while it was parked at Dave Smith Frontier Auto Leasing, 2921 Fourth.

Kootenai County sheriff

Robert Brock, employee of Rainier Helicopters, reported Wednesday the $2,260 theft of a radio, chain saw and miscellaneous tools from two heavy equipment loaders while they were parked on property along Hayden Creek Road.
