Workplace Assault Charge Gets Jury Trial
The human resource manager of Kellogg’s Shoshone Medical Center will be tried on a misdemeanor charge of assault.
No agreement between Gary Ackerman and his accuser, business office manager Patricia Wolfe, could be reached in a recent pretrial conference, according to court records.
The jury trial will be held in the Wallace court of Magistrate Dan McGee.
Ackerman has denied being abusive during a Feb. 27 discussion with Wolfe. He allegedly shoved Wolfe, closed his office door to prevent her from leaving and chased her to her car.
