Master baker Larry Wilkerson and Jeff Maninfior remove the last bits of wrapping from what is expected to be the world’s largest blueberry bagel Wednesday at the Lender’s Bagel Bakery in Mattoon, Ill. The bagel was baked in a special oven, shown in the background, and is expected to weigh over 600 lbs. The monster bagel will be officially weighed and measured today but the size will not be announced until Friday evening during the Bagelfest in mattoon.
