Spotlight: Rock Climbing

Some of the best junior climbers in the Northwest will literally be climbing the walls at Wild Walls Climbing Gym on Saturday for the Junior Competition Climbing Association (JCCA) Regional Championships.

Climbing begins at 9 a.m.

This is the final event of a series to determine national qualifiers.

Following the nationals in Thornton, Colo., 40 climbers will be selected to a U.S. team for an international meet in San Francisco in October.
