Sherman And Sylvia Simpson Colbert

Sherman and Sylvia Simpson, Colbert, plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Greenbluff Grange in Colbert.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Doug and Judy Simpson, and Rod and Grace Simpson, all of Greenbluff; and Randy Simpson, Mead.

The Simpsons were married June 19, 1948, in Coeur d’Alene. They have six grandchildren.
