Terry Schaub, employee of U-Haul, reported Monday the $2,200 theft of a 1979 Ford moving van from the business at 750 Appleway.

Joseph Reid, employee of Borah Elementary School, reported Monday $300 damage to windows of the school at 632 Borah Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Robert Lewis, Coeur d’Alene, reported Monday the $450 theft of a spotlight from a dock on his property on the 8200 block of Rockford Bay Road.

Lisa Des Jarlais, Post Falls, reported Monday $1,500 damage to the exterior and interior of her 1986 Ford Escort when it was parked at a home on the 4400 block of Alpine Drive.

Janet Pitman, Bayview, reported Sunday the $1,500 theft of a weed eater from her home on the 37700 block of state Highway 54.

Bonner County sheriff

David Kalb, Sagle, reported Saturday the $500 theft of a trolling motor, fish finder and battery charger from his residence on Dufort Road.
