Idaho all-league teams
Catcher Kelli Babcock of State A-1 champion Coeur d’Alene was named the Inland Empire League softball player of the year in a vote of the coaches.
Six Vikings received All-IEL first-team honors. Lake City’s Bobbi Darretta was voted newcomer of the year.

Lewiston’s Sennett Pierce was selected as the Inland Empire League baseball player of the year.
Post Falls had three All-IEL first-team selections and Coeur d’Alene two.

Lumberjacks, Hawks picked
Three St. Maries Lumberjacks and two Lakeland Hawks were selected to the All-Intermountain League baseball team.
St. Maries is represented by sophomore Trent Duffey and seniors Galen Holdahl and Brian Lounsbury. Lakeland senior Kurt Reese and sophomore Bobby Jenks were selected.
