Verle “Bud” and Mildred Bell, Veradale, observed their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 14 with a family dinner in Sun City West, Ariz.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Janis and Leon Lilletvedt, Helena; and Dennis and Kathy Bell, Sylacauga, Ala.

The Bells were married Feb. 14, 1948, in Spokane. They have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
