Holiday Closures

The following offices and services will be affected by the Thanksgiving holiday.

City of Coeur d’Alene garbage service will be one day late for regular Thursday and Friday pickups this week.

In Post Falls, garbage pickup will continue on regularly scheduled days throughout the holidays. Residents are asked to put trash out by 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day and all other holidays.

City and county offices will be closed Thursday.

The Post Falls Vehicle Licensing and Driver’s License office and Coeur d’Alene City Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday. The Coeur d’Alene licensing office will be open Friday.

Post offices will be closed Thursday.

State liquor stores will be closed Thursday.

Most banks will be closed Thursday.

All schools will be closed Thursday.

Due to the Downtown Christmas Parade, the Kootenai County Administration Building will close Friday at 3:30 p.m.
