Epefanio-Riggs Spokane

Wedding vows were exchanged by Sara Marie Riggs and Titus Vince Epefanio in an Aug. 16 ceremony at Gretna Green Chapel.

Richard and Susan Riggs, Nine Mile Falls, are parents of the bride. Epefanio is the son of Vince and Joan Epefanio, Nine Mile Falls.

A reception followed at the chapel.

The Epefanios are living in Spokane.
